Thank you for shopping at Eccoset. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days.
  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • The product isn’t used or damaged.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Non-returnable Items

Please note that certain items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To ensure the integrity of our products and the safety of our customers, items returned used, opened, or in unsanitary conditions will not be accepted.

Initiating a Return

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Eccoset.

Damaged Items

Sale Items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items can be refunded.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
